The brief
Lymelight Festival is a flagship event in Newcastle-under-Lyme's cultural calendar, turning the town centre into a celebration of live music and local talent.
For 2026, Newcastle-under-Lyme BID appointed us to deliver the full event production package for two days of live music over the late May bank holiday weekend. Working alongside the BID and its event partners, we brought together the staging, technical infrastructure, crew and essential event services that a festival needs.
The result
More than 50 artists played across three town-centre stages, with local venues carrying the celebrations on through the weekend.
With technical production and event infrastructure under one coordinated team, the BID got a welcoming, professionally run festival for performers, businesses and visitors alike.
