About Valcato
Valcato is a founder-led production company. You deal directly with the two of us, from the first call to the last cable, backed by a trusted crew we've worked alongside for years.
We started out creating entertainment for holiday resorts. Clients kept asking us to take on more of the show, so we did: the cameras, the screens, the visuals, the sound and the light.
We’ve grown almost entirely by word of mouth and repeat clients. Along the way we chose to own our kit rather than hire it in, so we know every camera, cable and media server that turns up on your show.
Today we work with theme parks, resorts, venues, promoters and brands across the UK, from Valcato Studios, our base in the Midlands.

Technical Director & co-founder
With over two decades of experience in live entertainment and technical production, Jay combines creative vision with the technical expertise to make ambitious ideas a reality. As Valcato’s Managing Director, he brings together people, technology and production know-how to deliver exceptional experiences, from initial concept to the final curtain.
Creative Director & co-founder
With a wealth of experience in live entertainment, performance and vocal production, Vicky brings creativity, passion and an instinctive understanding of what makes a great show. As Valcato’s Creative Director, she combines her on-stage experience with a flair for developing ideas and bringing productions to life.
Plus the crew. Camera operators, lighting and audio technicians, riggers and stagehands we've built shows with for years. We scale the team to the job, so a ballroom final gets the same care as an arena.
When I'm on site for a client like Parkdean Resorts, I work for them. I need to know where the supermarket is, what time the bingo starts and how the booking app works, because if a guest stops me, they're my client's client, and I look after them too.

Content made, systems programmed and every rig built and tested in our studio before it goes anywhere near your venue.
Our crew loads in, runs the show and stays with it to the last cue, with one point of contact for you throughout.
On site we're part of your team, not just a contractor. We represent your brand, know your venue inside out, and look after your guests as if they were our own.
We debrief, share the footage and feedback, and use it to make the next show better than the last.
